I was hired on the spot for a large retail chain and I want to know if companies that tend to hire quick on spot also fire fast (within a few months) if the new employee fails to meet company expectations or goals.<br>Clarification added May 18, 2012 3:56 AM: I was both happy and surprised that I got hired quick but I have this gut feeling that something might happen down the line. I don't know. What are your thoughts on companies that "hire quick, fire quick"?
