The Role As a successful recruitment trainee consultant will join a dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining trusting relationships with existing clients as well as driving new business, to create strong and lasting relationships with potential clients. Alongside this, you may be required to assist in sourcing, scheduling and nurturing of candidates throughout their interview process. You will need the ability to learn quickly and be able to think on your feet. Having good sales talk and no fear of cold calling will also help. Overall, candidates need to have enthusiasm and determination to succeed. You will work with some very prestigious global management consulting firms and banks and also work with some very highly educated candidates with MBAs/Phds etc. Good communication skills are essential along with the ability to influence others. Knowledge of MS Office applications is also a must along with good PC skills.
